Previo

• En mi caso con zsh
• Install Python build dependencies before attempting to install a new Python version.

sudo apt update; sudo apt install build-essential libssl-dev zlib1g-dev \
libbz2-dev libreadline-dev libsqlite3-dev curl \
libncursesw5-dev xz-utils tk-dev libxml2-dev libxmlsec1-dev libffi-dev liblzma-dev

• Install python

pyenv isntall 3.10.4

• Install pipx

apt-get install pipx
pipx ensurepath

• Install virtualenv

pipx install virutalenv

• Clonamos el proyecto

git clone https://github.com/aws/aws-elastic-beanstalk-cli-setup.git

• Ejecutamos el script

python ./aws-elastic-beanstalk-cli-setup/scripts/ebcli_installer.py
