El propósito de este manual es brindar una guía para principiantes de creación de recursos educacionales libres (REA) Importantes avances han efectuado diversas personas en el REA ayudando a los novatos a ambientarse. Algunos proyectos más significativos incluyen Recursos educativos en linea libres (composición) y tutoriales de OLCOS. Este manual se elabora para complemententar otros proyectos relacionados.
